ST 1100 radiator - help -

In need your experience: My radiator leeks so I've got this on E-Bay:

The price was ok (about 200 $) but, unfortunately, the product is very poor and has some defects:

1) the upper joint is 27 mm dia instead of 30

2) there are no flaps to mount the plastic grig

3) the radiator body is 5 mm thicker than the OEM


Do you know any alternative aftermarket product at a reasonable price ??

What is wrong with yours? There are options and a radiator shop

if its a simple leak it can usually be repaired for a reasonable cost. Find an auto radiator shop and ask them what can be done.

The guy at the radiator shop told me that the only way to repair that type of radiator is to eliminate the compromised row, than he tested (with compressed air) and ....SURPRISE !!.....he couldn't find any leak!!!

There is a very small possibility for the leak to appear only under temperature, so I've to reassemble everything to make the test.

UNFORTUNATELY..... in the meantime I decided to change all the tubes, the carb connectors (well cooked) and the carb gasket, so I've to wait for all the spares............
