Hi folks, I was looking for a parts bike for the blue 99 ST and came across this absolutely mint 98 non abs in metallic green with 29k (miles) about twenty miles from me, got it for a very fair price, it needs the forks and diff and radiator painting as per a bike of its age. Then I'm going to swap the seat, Wilbers shock, screen and stainless exhaust system from the blue bike to upgrade the new green one.

The blue bike will then have some cosmetic jobs done and put the STD parts back on, and a new cam belt, then maybe sell on in the summer.

Looking forward to getting the green bike on the road at the end of the month.

Cheers
Chris

I've been after a green one for a while but couldn't find anything for the right money in my local area, and to find one in as good a condition was a Billy bonus!!!!

Nice find, congrats!

Now you have another 60,000 miles before you need to change the timing belt! :)

Enjoy!
