To re-coat them nice and new-looking again , I guess powder coat is good if you can afford it , but Dupli-Color makes a nice durable polyurethane silver Wheel paint , HWP101 silver , you can get at NAPA & I think AutoZone ( silver & black 12 oz spray can , 1 can per wheel ) It's a silver that is really shiny metallic in a clear that doesn't dull as soon as you touch it like a lot of silvers . I've used it many other places like various brackets holding MC accessories , if I don't paint it black then it's this paint. Just got done repainting my spare wheels with double - darkside tires mounted , with this silver paint . ( a shade brighter silver than the stock OEM color )
