Access the 16P Connector

Hi I have an ST1100 that over winter has decided to develop a fault with TCS and ABS, in that it will not switch on. I got hold of a fault diagnosis chart for it and it says to check the 16P connector a know this is a stupid and basic question but how do I gain access to this.
