Use the standard Honda OEM filter, no worries from then on.

It was the Dash Auto outlet on 51 Ave that told me they weren't carrying Purolator any more and suggested the Hastings filter. Thanks everyone for the input.

I don't think so. Years ago, now, I did my own servicing on my Isuzu Trooper. No big deal to change the oil, or filter. I used FRAM, because it was supposed to be good. Anyway, this one time I went to change my oil, as usual. Drained the oil, then went to change the oil filter. When I undid the oil filter no oil dripped out, as it usually did. Strange. So I looked inside the filter; no oil at all!. That was the last time I used FRAM products..

Wix/Napa Gold filters, the ST1300 and both Honda Accords take the same filter, simple.
