Paddock Stands?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but.....
is it ok/safe to put an 1100 on paddock stands (the rear being lifted from the swing arm) ?
i have a set from my TDM which were used frequently & I thought do I sell them or do I use them on my new 1100

I'm not sure where it would hurt anything, but since both flavors of ST have a built-in center stand, there's not a whole lot of need for it.

Given the shape of the swingarm and rear drive, I'm not sure that a paddock stand would work with the 1100. I've never had a need for one on my 1100 or 1300; we use the center stand. They are handy for the bikes that don't have centerstands, so we have a couple in the garage. (One for double sided swingarms like my XR1200, and one for single sided swingarms like Steve's Ducati Supersport.) You never know when you'll buy that second bike...
