What speed wind will tip over a parked bike?

I recently added a larger shoe to my ST sidestand for lower ground bearing pressure. This added ~6mm thickness and stands the ST up a little more. I am happy with this but I note the discussion here and need to be careful, wind etc.

Over here in Australia where we drive in the left lane I have found often a pull over to the left onto grass/gravel for a break, photo etc finds me parking on a sideslope to the left and the sidestand drops further than on a flat section of road/shed. At times it has been a struggle to pull the bike upright again (esp my FJR), let alone the risk of topple to the left. So at this stage I am happy with my Aussie special sidestand shoe.

So at this stage I am happy with my Aussie special sidestand shoe.
It's been a great many years since I experience heat hot enough to make a sidestand sink into the asphalt or find myself having to park on soft ground.

But a studly metal disk .5-1" thick might be a handy thing to have. There are times that putting the bike in the sidestand even on sturdy ground feels like:
