As I have seen others have problems with the cruse control engaging but not holding speed, my problem was that the servo was shot. The servo only is available from Murfh's Kits for $80. I removed the left side faring only. Raised tank, removed air box and disconnected cable servo cable from throttle. Before I unattached servo and pulled out cable I attached a cord to the end of the servo cable and then slowly pulled out servo and cable. Tie the new servo to the cord and pull thru and connect to throttle. Cruise control now works perfect. Why did it take me so long to fix this as it slowly went bad?
