This morning we were heading out for the weekend and about five blocks from home the bike stalled while pulling up to a light, clutch in. I restarted while still rolling so no big drama. Actually kind of proud of myself for my quick reaction :)
Three bars on the temp gauge.

The next light was a few kms down the highway and everything was fine.
Idle speed is definitely too low. And the TB sync is a must do I think.

Check the five-way Tee first. Could have been temporarily/partially plugged.

Yes, it's vacuum. Search the forum for "5way tee" and you'll see all kinds of threads on it.

Before diving in under the tank try setting the idle speed, knob on right side in faring opening.

Run a can of Seafoam through it to clean out the whole system, and you might not have to do anything else. However, cleaning out the 5 way tee and doing a throttle body sync is a good way to bond with your bike.
