Update.

The problem appears to have been in the T-piece hose connector behind the radiator ! I originally replaced the broken OEM part with a plastic ACE T-piece and this may have been too small.......creating the pressure. I replaced it with a larger metal piece, put everything back together, only to have one of the hoses split! Am now waiting for a Huntington Beach Honda metal T-piece and a complete set of rubber hoses and clamps.

Thanks for all of the previous input.
Do you have the part number of the metal T-piece from Honda?

I have not had eyes on the Huntington Beach Honda Metal t-piece, however, I was told it was just a universal automotive part that was found that they were using (I may have been given incorrect information) if this is the case, the reason the hoses probably split with the metal one, is because all three pipes are the same dia. instead of the correct Honda part with one large, and two small ones.
The correct Honda part (plastic one) is: JOINT, FUEL TUBE 16961-MK7-000 if you want to get the correct part.
