Yup, once you start looking, you'll find something you can't pass up
Well I could have passed it up but I have a very agreeable wife that keeps me in check. Now with that said she is out polking around for something. What I don't know. I suggested to her the NC700X DCT. conceptually great for her but a significant HP loss from her VFR.

Congrats. Nice looking bike. If Honda brought over the smaller version of this that they sell in Europe I'd be all over it.

Congrats on your new bike. I was just looking at them last night. You know they make an electronic cruise for your bike for about $400.00. It looks pretty simple to install.

My wife rides a f800st. I added Helibars and a Madstat windscreen and it made a nice sport tourer. Other than the belt drive probably not much difference in what your wife has now. If she is used to the power and wind protection of the VFR she probably wouldn't like the NC700X. My wifes prior bike was a Kymco Downtown 300 and I tried to talk her into the NC700X and she really didn't like it. Nobody has much to offer in a sport touring bike smaller than 1300cc. I wish Honda still made the nt700.

We will see about RanchSTOC. We are going to Death Valley, Furnace Creek the first week of February, leaving Colorado on the 3rd and returning on the 11th. We will have to see what is in store for us after that.

Hi,
Do you still owe the VFR1200X? What's your opinion now, 3 years later?
I have 2013 NC700X DCT, and still ride 80-90% on the pavement so some more comfort wouldn't hurt :D
