Set up the rear suspension today and found a great improvement. I used Igofar's setting of 5 clicks after resistance on preload and 2 full turns out on rebound damping. I have stock suspension and weigh around 150lbs. The bike is a 2002 ABS with 66000 miles, Michelin PR2s fitted.
Prior to adjustment I was feeling all the bumps in the road. Much smoother now.
