ST1300 Digital Display

Hi I have a 2006 ST1300 with 40K miles. I just stated my bike after a short cold winter spell and find that the odometer and trip meter is reading kilometers instead of miles. I have looked at both the owners manual and maintenance manuals and cannot find how to get the display to read 'miles'. I have tried numerous ways of pushing the trip meter button to no avail. I don't want to move to Canada to keep riding so if anyone knows the secret could you advise me.

I have a ST1100 , not a ST1300.

But I'm curious. What is the FCD/H button on the ST1300 ?

FCD/H Fuel Consumption Display. There is current(updated about every 10 seconds) - Average - None. Each time you press it it cycles through the three. When setting the clock this advances the Hours.

For those too lazy to go to the link Joe provided. Cycle your fuel consumption display so that it is blank. Press and hold the FCD/H button. This should toggle from KPH - MPH
