    Various auto-supply places might have edging that's applied to car doors to help prevent dinging and paint-scratching. They have adhesive inside and when warmed can be cut / shaped / applied fairly easily.

    As I think about it wrinkle paint (even black) can be fairly reflective. The texture appeals to me so maybe flat wrinkly black if there is such a thing or a light coat of matte black over the wrinkly paint.

    I painted my dash shelf with bedliner paint. No reflection, pretty tough.
