around 8,000 on the rear, front about 9,000 but could have went a little more. 75% of the time with my better half aboard, I think that may make a little difference.

At 8,000 miles the front was into the wear bars. The rear was toast...should have replaced it sooner.

I replaced both at 12331 miles. Of course one may argue that I should have done it long before  ......

About the most I ever got was about 10K. I get closer to 12K with the Pilot Roads. I tried the Metzler 880's but it flat spotted so bad that I had to take it off after 9000. Can't wait to get my hands on some Avon Storms or Pilot Road 2s.

My rear is almost shot at 8500, and I ride easy..must of been last summers heat, 100+ degrees, high speed commute....

Front looks OK, maybe I will get that new Bridgestone with the dual compound rear....

Pushing 9700 miles and I have lots of room left. The rear tire is starting to square off though. Think I'll just get the same thing when the time comes. Although I'd like more info on the 021's

15,599 and counting -- they still look pretty good. Why am I getting so much better mileage than most of you? I've been very happy with the BT020's.:03biker:

12,000 on the rear, should make it to 16,000 on the front. 100+ degrees most of the summer in the So Cal desert. Make sure to keep both at 42 psi.

You have to take the bike off the center stand. Then you'll get some tire wear. ;)

Same here, I got over 17,000 on the set before my first change. I have over 12,000 on my second set. Love those Bridgestones, just keep up on the tire pressures @ 42 psi. :)

I replaced mine at 14,370. The rear was at the wear bars and the front still had a few miles to go, but I replaced them both.

My BT020's were junk at 8000 and change, the Z6 rear was gone at 6,000, and the PRs were toast at 9000. I've got about 6000 on a second set of PRs now and they're getting ragged. I don't understand how some people are getting double the tire life I'm getting. I'm not that aggressive.

12000 and counting. Looks like I may see 14000.

Update: Picked up a nail in the rear tire this week (how do I manage to find the one nail in the miles I ride?) so it's time to treat the ST to new sneakers. Looks like I'm going with the 021s. The local stealer is supposed to give me a quote but he'll be high and they want $65/tire to mount them. There's a local bike shop down the street sells them at slightly above net price and will do both for $50. Ordering them Monday.

That's odd Bones. Maybe it's road surfaces in your area? I know I found out that I was braking too hard with my rear brake (novice mistake) and that cured a lot of my flatspotting on the rear.
