I've recovered the STOC # database, but as yet haven't completed the access to it. But it is intact, no worries.

Until I come up with a way to make it user-update-able, if you want a STOC#, just
send me a PM, here or on st-riders.net.

Include:
  • your real name,
  • email address,
  • your city,
  • state (province, region, etc)
  • country,
  • telephone number (optional) and
  • if you have a name for your STeed, that name.

I'll add you to the database and issue you a new STOC #.

Hopefully I'll get time to do a proper registration system soon.

Thanks for your patience!

Thanks, Don. And please add Derek back to the top of the liST. Never fully understood why Steinar took him off, but something to do with "retiring" numbers of deceased members.

The Deceased should never come off the list. Should have a notation next to their number remembering/honoring them. My understanding is once one has a number it is there for life and beyond.

@George, the first thing I did was add Derek back at the top - I couldn't believe he wasn't there. I'm also intending on going through the list and notating which members are no longer with us.

I "joined" in 2011, but I never got a number. Do I need one? Can I get one? Looking for help on an alternator upgrade on my '93 ST1100. (Where will I find your reply?)

You don't need a number to be a part of this site. It's a registry kind of thing. Once you request one from Don, he'll provide you the number.

I have looked for but not yet found any place that lists the highest existing STOC number or the next that would be issued. Anyone know of such a thing?

I'm pretty sure I got a number, but until we get a database back up, I will never know what it is.....;)
