Okay, I added a new profile field. If you go to your Settings link and click the Edit Profile link, you will see the current year Mileage field at the very bottom of the page.

Another quick way to edit yours is by using the My Profile link in the top right of the page and click the little pencil next to your mileage number.
You will also need to add a RAN Country and RAN State/Province value before your mileage will be included in this list.

Enter your current mileage.

As people update this, it will automatically update the number in the stats box on the Home page and if you click the link above that number, you'll see a list of everyone's mileage numbers in descending order.

Update:
1/1/2024 - The 2023 mileage has been extracted and shown below:

Just a reminder to keep your mileage number updated as I'll be resetting it on the 1st after extracting the numbers and updating the fist post in this thread.

Your mileage number is ONLY the miles you've ridden this year and not your odometer miles.

I'll also update the spreadsheet after the 1st for those that haven't updated the field in your profile in time.

Noticed that the sheet for 2021 is not the mileage sheet but the nights in a tent sheet. Only 30 members listed.

Another low mileage year for me. I'm not even in the Top 50.

Oh well, hope next year is better! :pray1:

I need to break that ST1300 400K miles milestone next year! :hat3:

I was not very good with keeping up with the miles this year. Did more than tracker shows but not as many as I wished!

I have a folder for each bike to keep up with maintenance past and present so I jot down the 1/1/xxxx mileage and keep it there. I guess I could take a picture of the odometers just as well.

I participate in the BMW Owners of America annual mileage contest which runs 4/1/xxxx to 3/31/following year. This requires start and finish forms witnessed and submitted by deadlines year. BMWMOA also provides a summer contest that runs April to October for riders living in northern locations. Like a BMW it's a little more complicated than Joe's Mileage Tracker.

I'm sitting right where I ended up last year on the mileage tracker. Was another good year for me, as I type this on this afternoon's ride will be day 333 of riding this year and an average of 62 miles each ride. I hope to finish the year with 340 days riding and about 21,000 miles. Awesome considering the medical scares I had in 2021 (heart and prostate) which had me wondering just how much longer I was going to be able to ride.

I did move down to a smaller, lighter bike mid 2021, but anything that keeps me on two wheels is good, right?

Let me say congrats and how envious I am of those who finished higher than I on the tracker, and also congrats to those that are lower than me on the tracker for getting out and riding as much as they could.

Rubber down folks!

A few of you passed me up while I’m halfway around the world. Congratulations up and down the list and wishes especially for those on the bottom for many more miles next year.
I peaked at 7 or 8 in august which was cool.
Less miles than expected for retirement but no lack of enjoyable or otherwise satisfying activities carried out this year.
I got half of my miles in on one ride.
And I set a personal record of 30 for over night stays on multi day rides.
With some big projects completed now, and a new Day Long Saddle, I look forward to many miles in 2024.

I had my final 2023 day of riding today with my 18th straight year of riding more than 20,000 miles per year. I am shooting for 20 years straight and then ride a little less as I age…..and, maybe get that left knee replaced.
Enviable riding record dbst..congrats

dedication is it's own reward eh?

Well I made the 340 days, but fell short of 21k by a couple hundred.

I'll try better this year, starting this afternoon, after last nights snow melts lol

Well, I would have busted 36,000 miles this year but ended up busted myself with a busted ST1100 ... ;)
I'm thinking you can easily earn the Most Ribs Broken and Cracked award for 2023, but hell... you can have it.
You're a much tougher man than me, I admit it, everyone knows it, and I'm ok with it.
Really hope you heal quickly... there's more riding to be done!
