Outwell Nevada M, sleeps 5, and has a large living area.
Outwell Nevada M, fits nicely across the rear seat and panniers, leaving lots of room in the boxes for bed, sleeping bag, stove, cooking utensils, food, towel & wash bag and clothing.

Loaded for two up camping on the way back to TN from NatSTOC. We manged quite well, a little top heavy, next time I will use BygDawgs' luggage rack in conjunction with a backrest and pack a large waterproof duffle on the back and leave the top case at home. If it's just me then I'd leave the top case on and place the duffle on the back seat.

Towing a trailer is an experience, especially on our 8000 mile trip around Scandinavia last summer. We reached the Nordkapp at the very top of Norway, and travelled to the Russian border before heading south through Finland, Sweden and Denmark - great trip.
My '06 loaded up at the start of the Natchez Trace, and another shot of the bike unloaded at the campsite

Picked up some extra chairs on the way home from NatSTOC, Karla cleverly found a spot for them:
My bags weren't full, but I prefer to have the heavy stuff (tent, pads, stove, etc) on my pillion seat instead of the side cases or top box.

This one is a few years ago. We were doing the Northwest and was on a Canadain Highway which when we came around the corner, it ended in the water. Took a ferry, road ferry, across the pond and continued on the way.

Most recent pic of lipSTick loaded,,, the new yellow dry bag can hold a ton. It's long so added a thick plastic cutting board to extend the luggage rack to the rear.
Not the best shot, but ya get the idea. This was in front of Delgadillo's Snow Cap in Seligman, AZ yesterday. The 250 Verago is from Louisiana, guy (James) is riding alone to Oregon from the Gulf Coast, laid back and relaxed. He's packed too, sez the bike is doing fine at 70 MPG.
