Noooooo, I guess I have to go to Alma then. I was hoping Chuck would take mine to Kebler Pass so I'd have a good reason to brave that pass next. Once CW Pass is paved it'll be a nice challenging road with some nice curves.

Pssst Chris, the tag is suppose to stay on paved roads too so kebler pass tags better be at the start where it's paved!!

LOL, that didn't last long! I would have thought you'd tag the Leadville Airport... Highest Civilian Airport in the US I think :D

Glad you got in a ride Khris.

I did go up the road to the airport but there really wasn't anything that interesting to tag... The wife woke me up and said I should go for a ride! I jumped outta bed, had a cup of coffee... Bump started the ST (battery was dead) and hit the road... Lol

Nice move Chris. Hopefully someone gets there in the next month or two before it is snowed in. If not, we'll perhaps need an alternate.

Snow? It's still Aug.

This is Colorado. There was snow at the top of TrailRidge this past week. Winter is going to be creeping down the mountain sides in the not to distant future. Any time you go riding in the mountains after Aug. be prepared for sudden weather changes.

I still want to do Slumgullion Pass this year, so it'll have to move prior to that or someone could move it to GJ and those folks can drop it somewhere.

It's been a few weeks since I got to ride. I did go out 2 Fridays ago for about 289 miles with my wife. There were Buffalo on 24 and 9, never seen them there before or maybe I just thought they were cows.
