This year cheapSTOC is going to be a little different from past years.
Stealing an idea from Chuck Henderson and cramming two great riding areas into one weekend.

For those wanting to start the weekend early there is the option to spend Thursday night April 30 in Junction, then spend Friday May 1st riding the hill country and ending the day in the cactus capital of Texas

Sanderson.

Saturday take your pick of either Big Bend Terlingua area or ride the Davis mountain area.

Ending the day in Fort Davis.

If you have never attended cheapSTOC and you are wandering what should I expect?
Cheap fun in a great riding area with good people .
If you desire a structured event with event T-shirts , banquet dinners, designated ride routes, top class motels
this is not the event for you.
Three rules
have fun, do not get hurt, and no whining.

Fred, do you want to pair up and share hotel expenses for this. You come down Wednesday night to my place (providing I have a place then) and we head down to Junction on Thursday morning. At the end we can ride back home most of the way together.

You bet, PM sent. I was looking at the return leg, and was thinking about taking a longer way home, but we'd still be able to ride some of the way together.
