While I live most of the year in MA, my '06 ST stays in NM. I'm gearing up for a tire change next NM visit and need to know what size allen socket is needed to remove/replace front brake calipers. I gathered from extensive review of site archives that 17 mm allen and 22 mm socket are needed to remove front axle but can't find info on caliper allen size.
Also, what tools are needed for rear wheel removal, i.e., socket size for axle (if ST has a rear axle or like my R11RT bimmer uses lug bolts) and for muffler clamps and mounts (as I understand moving muffler out of way is helpful when removing rear wheel).
Thanks in advance for the info.

Front:

12mm socket with extension (2 right caliper bolts)
6mm allen/hex bit socket (two left side caliper bolts, 4 front axle pinch bolts)
17mm allen/hex bit socket & 22mm wrench/socket (front axle)

Rear:

5mm allen/hex bit socket (to remove rear fender)
10mm and 12mm sockets (to loosen right & left side muffler (swing mufflers down, 4 bolts each) Note: loosening the left makes for easier access to caliper stopper bolt
14mm wrench/socket (to remove caliper stopper bolt)
8mm allen/hex bit socket (to hold rear axle)
27mm wrench/socket (to remove axle nut)

Medium anti-seize on caliper bolts & caliper stopper bolt

I think that's it.
