I just purchased tank knee pads and pannier scuff pads from amazon cos my knee protector is already making marks on tank paint and my side bags are taking hits from squizing through traffic. The instructions comming with these items are not adequate.I will apreceate if i can get detailed procedure and pictures as i have never seen how they look on a bike previusly.

Those don't go on your tank, they go on the part of the fairing where your knee points when sitting on the bike.

He posted an amazon link to what he purchased.... I believe what you posted is probably what he really wants...
Thanks, but my bike came with this tank pads already i think mine is a peculiar problem,i have such long legs that my knee is above this pads, infact above the total grooved area of the tank meant for knees to rest, and scuffing at the protrudding edge of the tank,i probably need a foot peg lowering kit.
