So far I really like these 023's Barto. I hope they keep impressing me after a few thousand more miles.

I hear ya Bennie. Would you consider buying a cheap (Harbor Freight) tire changer setup? If you can (and have the room for it) you would see it pay for itself after one or two changes. Just a thought.

I tried to go that route recently, but the local HF stores didn't have what I needed in stock, and I didn't want to wait. Luckily DeanR put on to a guy locally that is a full time Firefighter/part time bike mechanic that only charges $20 per tire (full auto machine that doesn't mess up the rims in any way!).

I just ordered a set of Z6 Interacts for my 1300 Tim says the fronts are backordered I have a spare set of Storm's with only 2K on them I will get them on for now my current set of Storm 2 ultras have 88K on them and still a ways to go to get to the wear bars on the rear. Front is OK.

Well I might be able to get them to 10K miles but I can't see much more than that. You guys are the best I will take hero sidekick (best offer I had all day)

Remember this thread is about Z6's & 023's on 1100's... not 1300's.

Only real choices beyond bias tires for the 1100 (in N.A.) are Avons, Metzlers, & Bridgestones.

In my case Avons induce head shake, Metz fronts are unavailable, so it was on to try the Stones.

Ok Is see. Seems like we are running out of options for the 1300 as well. I had no problems with my Storm II's but the few that did made me want to switch. I am still going to run the ones I have 2K on until the Z6's come in.
