I tried so hard to do this in my own driveway. I even took a lap around the block before coming home so that I wouldn't get home too soon. I ended up with this picture taken in my next door neighbor's driveway.... I knew that if I tried for my own I would miss it. Sooooooooo close.
Complete with a RFF looking on. (Rubber fish farkle- you know you are all jealous that you don't have one, just admit it now.)

Very nice Karen!!!!

I like the symmetrical binary patterns.

111111
110011
101101
I hit 11111 in Forest, WI last year Labor day weekend and smiled mightily when I rode through Forest on Monday. I used to take picture, but now I associate specific places with XXXXXX odometer readings.

And at 9:49...;)
Actually the trip log was flipping the ones digit when the odometer was at .9 so I might have been able to catch 94949 at 99.4 miles but I was unwilling to chance it would turn to 94950 before I could catch it.

I glance down to the odo and see my birth year (1947), my favorite shotgun (870) , my old military unit (213) and best of all great poker hands (aces & 8s). I guess I have been around long enough that a lot of numbers get my attention:)

I just got this one this morning! It wasn't until after I stopped and took the image that I noticed the trip odometer reading at the bottom!
That's a good catch! The odometer is what really makes it! :D

When I left for my trip to Utah, I was in such a big hurry that I forgot to take the paper with me that told me when to change the trip odometer, so I tried to remember it, which of course I didn't do such a great job of it! Oh well 799.9 isn't too bad...lol

What do people do when they hit one of those 'milestones'? I just beep the horn 1 2 3...1 2 and try to remember where, when, and what things looked like.
