2003 Yamaha Zuma 50cc - Looking For Manual or Instructions to Replace Battery

Its the first day of Spring and its time for my son to get his Zuma back on the road again. The battery needs to be replaced and we are looking to either buy a manual, or find some detailed instructions on how to replace the battery. I haven't been sucessful in finding much information online and there are no nearby Yamaha dealers. Any help in finding Zuma forums or detailed instructions on how to replace the battery would br greatly appreciated.

I just replaced the battery in my '08 Zuma a couple months ago. Not sure if it's the same body style as mine. It was simple, under the floorboard, removed a few screws and a panel and it was exposed.

From looking at the online manual it appears that it may be as simple as removing the "battery cover". I hope its as simple as your experience.
