Ran good, but mice got into FI harness wiring. Don't know how much damage to wiring.

Always been a good runner, but I haven't ridden it in a year. Mice have gotten into the harness. I have not evaluated the wire damage.

I bought it and redid the electrical and brakes. I was going to use it as a parts bike but it was too nice for that.

I know, I just could not bring myself to mutilate such a great bike but I don't need 2 of them but I still need some spare parts so hopefully I don't wind up with more bike, that would be so horrible, lol.

I must admit that having two running bikes has some advantages. The '01 is set up more as a highway bike with extra-tall seating and handlebars, while the '96 has lower seating and stock handlebars.

I have 3 running and licensed/insured bikes now. I need to get all the repairs done before the weather is perfect and the one in the best shape is the one I'm trying to sell. I've been building a retaining wall and lots of expensive home repairs so my time and money are going for those right now.
