I am about to get new tires and new Ariete 90 deg valve stems.

I also use Doran TPMS and want to mount the sensors externally to the tire. Has anyone done this?

There seems to be plenty of clearance in the rear for the Ariete stems and Doran sensors.

How about the front clearance? Those front disks seem really close.

I have the Doran system (like it alot) but I used the right angle valve stems that came with it. I have the sensors on the outside and they have clearance, I had to rotate the stems to get the right clearance but I can't speak for the ariete stems and clearance. When I first got the Doran I mounted the sensors inside the tires and the front one came off. Since then I am keeping them on the outside.

ST-Traveler - do have the following with your right angle valve stems?
Rear - right angle stem perpendicular to wheel
Front - right angle team parallel to wheel
