Considering the current economy over here I'm tempted... :???:

But I'd take the real loooooong way to explore that corner of the world...
Maybe starting in Maine, westbound touching some of Canada, Minnesota, N-Dakota, Montana, Washington, make a big U-turn, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, all the way to the East... another U-turn to thread into the old Route 66...
