I am new to the st1300 and have a really nice 2005. I flushed the clutch fluid, it was pretty dirty, and was looking into doing the brakes. My question is can I vac out the fluid on the front and rear calibers and keep refilling and be done or do I need to take off the plastics and bleed the valve on the right side of bike? The bike not an abs model . Thanks

The short answer is no. The brake system flush and bleed sequence is not negotiable. It is not inherently difficult to do but has to be done in a certain sequence with the left brake caliper removed and tilted 15 degrees at the proper time in the sequence.

Like Dave pointed out, you have to follow a certain sequence to do it correctly.
I got your PM, I'll call you tomorrow.
