PM me a contact number, and I'll call you on the white courtesy phone.
I think I may know what your bikes problem is.

If that is brake fluid you need to get that off the paint instantly or it will ruin the paint. I realize the damage would already be done but you may want to stop it from spreading if it runs more. It is hard to tell from that video, but it could be a fork seal leak as well

Welcome to the forum Steven. Hopefully Igofar will be able to walk you through things. He's more than capable!

My initial guess is something is loose and just needs to be tightened, but as you noted you're new to bikes so if you are not comfortable or capable then have someone who is check it as well. It may also need a fluid top up or having the brakes bled afterwards too. Don't drive it if it's leaking as that could be catastrophic.

Let us know how you made out with Igofar so we can help you from there if needed.
