Define won. The rider was unhurt. Clearly, he won that encounter, since many riders are seriously injured. The bike sustained expensive damage, but he was able to ride it away from the impact. Was that deer by the side of the road the one he hit? I don't know, but obviously the deer did not come away unscathed.
