Can we STICKY the options?

I see a lot of the same questions in here and I was also plagued looking for something I couldn't remember the name of. (I eventually found it.)

Maybe putting a sticky with the different cruise / throttle lock options would be good? Something with links to the installs of the Audio Vox, Rostra, Vista Cruise, Breakaway, ect..

Just a thought.

Great idea, there aren't many options so should be easy, I'll try to work on it tomorrow.
