Carb Rebuild. New air hose size and replacement?

How did this play out? I just pulled mine apart and was down to one stubborn screw that wouldn't respond to my Impacta or my #3. It got mangled enough that I broke out the left-hand drill bits I've had sitting unused for so long as a final resort. I started small and when I got to the largest size in my kit, it bit and the screw broke loose. I hope you yours figured out and removed safely.

I did all that, along with a few ritualistic sacrifices and then gave up. Everything replaced/except the cut off valves.
