I haven't had a lot of riding days this year... 
Sooo with decent summer weather, the Monday holiday seemed like "my day" to burn a tank of gas -- refresh my riding skills.... and decompress both brain cells at the same time.
I had been through FDR State Park just south of my GA residence; and jumped the Alabama line winding my way eventually to the top of Cheaha Mountain State Park. As I wound my way down I was feeling great.

My momentum on the ramp was under control with balanced F/R braking, yet, just as I approached the stopping point;
I checked for crossing traffic-- INSTEAD of paying attention to the stop.... and.... when foot met loose gravel and sand...
Sooooo I have changed categories (while riding)...
