I runing a CT on the back and it's time to replace the front tire. Any info on the size, psi and brand to install a rear tire on the front?

Since you're already dark, try going double dark with a rear Battleax BT45 (110/80-18 58V) on the front.
I run that on my '01 ST11 (ABSII and non-ABS) and really like it... good handling and get about 25k miles out of one. I also use beads, 1oz in the front.

I run 42/42 psi (Commander II on the rear and that rear BT45 on the front). I've tried that BT45 mounted in both directions. I can't tell a difference, wet or dry, and mileage is good for either direction. Like car tires, opinions are strong either way regarding direction of mounting... flip a coin. Personally, for our type of riding on our type of bike, I don't think it matters much.
