BigEar is pretty resourceful. 
I think they have contacted me each month for the better part 2 years. I really, really wanted their earphones. Just can't pull the wallet open wide enough for what they want. The rep has always been nice to talk to so I decided I'd order the custom plugs. Or they will throw away my molds. Hopefully they are quicker on shipping these then their headphones.
