My exhaust mounting bushings are ripped, I have new ones to install but the old ones are tightly mounted. Is there a special tool or procedure to remove these.

I just replaced the ones on my 1300, I used washers and screws to create a mini press to push the old ones out, it was an easy job to do with all of that mechanical advantage. Now that I think about it, I also used a socket to push the old bushing into.
