Got this with a Helibar mount (Thanks @Estee1300 ) and thought I'd pass it along. I tried looking up the number on the inter-screen and it's a mystery as to what Nuvi GPS it fits!

It's for a pretty old Nuvi. The 260W came out in 2008.

I waivered because it REALLY looks like it ends in 6, but that was a fruitless search. That's what I found if it ends in 5. However, it looks completely different that the one for sale on eBay.
