Can anyone tell me the width of the front wheel spacer on an ST1100 please?
I have lost mine but I have a spare longer one I can cut down

Don't have one handy but according to Google -
Honda Part Number - 44312-KV3-700
Technical specifications:
Outside diameter: 28 mm
Inner diameter: 19.5 mm
Height: 15mm
Those dimension 'smell' about right.
BTW, They are only about $9 on Amazon.

Didn't the front wheel change at some point for the 1100 ?

For the ABSII in 1996 and onward but the spacer remained the same.
All the wheels are 'interchangeable' and will fit though the ABSII is a 120 instead of a 110.
I ran an ABSII wheel on my 1997 standard for years since my other ones are ABSIIs and I didn't want to stock different front tire sizes.
I eventually converted the standard front end to the ABSII front end so I could use the better ABSII calipers on it.
