Fuel vapor smell when I'm down to about 2 bars on the guage

It seems when the main tank goes dry I start smelling fuel vapors at stops. I've checked the transfer line and I even carry a spare but it does not seem to be leaking at all. I've checked the vent line routing and there's no pinches that I can see. Where to from here?

Sorry Marky but no. I thought maybe I am overfilling the bike and the evap cannister was full but that's not the case either. Still befuddled.

It may simply be physics... the main taink is large and as you use up gas it fills with vapors and those vent out. Make sure the hoses from the tank are not pinched, it happens from time to time.
