He was actually thrown 117 feet from point of impact and found the only grass patch in a parking lot to land in.
Sometimes the grass is greener, exactly where you are... glad he had that bit of luck.. .continued thoughts and prayers sent for him for a full recovery.

The Shoari batteries are working out great. The guys are leaving their computers on all shift and their lights on have no affect. I spent the day at a Presidential Dignitary Escort school and had my lights on with no ill effect. This may be the answer we have been looking for. So far so good.

That's great to hear, you guys are definitely at the far end of the spectrum as far as battery abuse so if they pass your test... us civilians should have some better options.

Glad it's working out.

You're using one battery or a 2 battery set up?
Which shoari battery did you install?

Hey L T
I have the dual battery system on my honda and really like it. No matter what happens with the secondary battery, the primary will start the bike everytime. I have several pics on this forum. I am really pleased with the SHORAI batteries and their longevity.....any questions about it get hold of me...
Hey, I'm just seeing your post now, many many years later. Do you still have the ST? Or at least photos of how you hooked up the aux battery? I have a 2009 PA that I'm thinking about fitting an aux in the back.

Oh okay, I thought I saw his account said "Last seen September 1, 2022" so I thought maybe he had just logged in recently.
Sep 01, 2022 is correct for abiter, the person to whom you asked the question. It is the OP, BlueKnightFL who has not logged in for 9 years.

See the below post for the location where @abiter put the second battery.
The link to his pictures is dead.

Thank you. Yes, I did see this before and saw that the photo link was dead. I was just curious because the person I got my 09 ST PA from, converted the seat for a passenger. So I was just wondering if a second battery, along with an amp and all that is even able to be added in the first place.
