Is it feasible to get a small hitch attached to my bike for towing a small cargo trailer? If so, what would the max weight be?

Yes.
Besides the below, there are others hitches available, which will be revealed by a bit of searching.
I pulled a trailer weighing 385 pounds empty. I had no real trouble pulling or stopping it, but I felt it was a little to heavy for the ST1300 that only weighs 730 pounds.
I would prefer a maximum trailer weight in the 250-300 pound range, with a 25 or 30 pound tongue weight.

There are many people here who have much more experience pulling a trailer than I do. Their experience will be of benefit to you.
Here is one person you can check out- Old Guy On a Bike. He is a member of this site, and goes by the screen name of @Jim C-G.

It certainly is feasible. The Sport Tractor 1300 can haul at least a mid range trailer. I am towing a Mini Mate camper with too many luxury goods on board lol. My tongue weight seems to have settled in around 60 lb. A bit heavy for a lot of people and I know it's the 5 lb. propane tank that's adding the last 12 lb. right on the tongue. I've just started a new camping series on my YouTube channel... will give you an idea of what towing is like for me.

Thanks for the shout out @Andrew Shadow

I have a Classic Industries hitch on my ST1100 and pull a Mini Mate, or my home built 1-wheeled, I-lean. Works just fine.

Hitches for the 1100 are hard to find, but if you are handy in the shop, not a big deal to fabricate.
