Identify this banner?

So, my daughter and her husband found this Christmas present for me in an antique store and they couldn’t identify it. My SIL even called the president of the organization, who said he had never seen one. Anyone have a clue? I think it will display nicely, in the garage.

It’s a heavy nylon material, with metal grommets in the upper corners.

Whatever it is, it's official.

I believe affiliated clubs often made their own banners (with permission and consent from MOA). Perhaps some club made these on the QT?

The more important question...did they use car tires on their bikes....

Closest I've found is a banner maker in Germany who has similar shaped and colored pennants.

That appears to be the same material and design.

I didn't think you had a bmw John.
The more important question...did they use car tires on their bikes....
Yep, got a R1250RT last September. It doesn’t have a car tire……..yet.
