This is a BIG cover in XXL.
In fact, it's TOO BIG in my view. I had worn out a Dowco, so saw threads on st-owners, and someone said the XXL Defender fit the ST1300 with panniers and tail trunk affixed.
The size of the box at first look was huge.
Unboxed on the seat, the cover is the size of a sleeping bag or a tent.
Installed, it's loose everywhere.
I'm going to try to return it for the XL.
I wouldn't take it on a trip, as it would consume almost an entire ST saddlebag. It does appear very sturdy, however.
