It’s been a long time since I have recovered from my car crash where a drunk driver hit me. My walking rate was uncertain. So now that I have won the hard battle. Three years of not riding, and I find myself looking out the front window for the Amazon truck to arrive. The UPS tracking says “out for delivery.”
And I’m really hoping that with the battery tender, I can make it last for a long time.

My experience matched all of the other members that posted about the OEM yuaasa battery. With Japanese writing across the top, and it’s start up was noticeably stronger call cranking amps. I replaced a 5+ year non OEM. Quality is absolute tops with the mounting posts. They supply screws that will see without turning so you don’t struggle with tweezers or tips of wire ties. I believe even the idle seems to be a little bit stronger. But I’m not completely happy with the low idle.
