Hate to resurrect a really old thread, but I thought this one deserved a resolution.

Below please find two pictures: the output shaft w/seal and cover, etc. and the output shaft boot.
As part of _this_ thread -> https://www.st-owners.com/forums/threads/suspension-overhaul-traxxion-dynamics-vs-race-tech.176471/
I pulled the suspension (front and rear) and this was an excellent time to try to perform this particular task.
I will say this:

1. Undoing things is pretty easy
2. It is very clearly caused by a leaking seal (forgot to take pictures of the seal)
3. Re-installation of new seal and cover and new o-ring is very easy
4. Re-installation of the new boot took me *three days* (somewhere between 6 and 8 hours in total). Just the boot.
5. The re-installation is very easy to get on the back of the block but I found it very very difficult to get on to the swing arm. *Some* sil-glyde or other non-petroleum grease will help, but too much will hinder. I used a variety of tools; some I had, some I made, and one I borrowed (a very long, very narrow needle-nose pliers).
