I am considering going to gloves. Main reason being covering levers means cold fingers. The gloves seem to be the obvious solution.

I have the Symtec Heat Demons for heated grips in addition to the gloves and my hands stay pretty toasty!
I like the Heat Demons because they stick to the bars and work under the grip of your choice.
