Pannier lock issue

One of the lock barrels on my panniers is loose. you can depress it slightly and rock it side to side when the key is in it. It still functions fine but I am a bit concerned that it is on its way out. I took the latch mechanism apart and could not see any way to tighten it up. It appears to be an internal issue. Anybody have any suggestions on what to do with it other than ignore it?

Have you used a lock lube?

Yes Todd, I have. It does not appear to be a lubrication issue. The key turns just fine. It seems the workings are loose in the barrel if that makes any sense.
