Passenger Back Rest

I'm looking to fit a passenger back rest for my 2014 ST1300. I've got top box with back pad that mounts onto OE plate for two tours. Would like to get a stand alone rest for day trips ect.... when top box capacity and weight is not needed. Any advice would be welcome, I scanned the Forum but failed to find info - combination of age and technology I guess . Cheers from a hot & sunny spring morning in Cheshire.. Mike

I personally liked the Pirate's Lair backrest, but I understand the company stopped production a few years back. I could not afford the rather spendy price, and ended up fabricating one of my own. Has worked well for may years. I removed it when wife stopped riding, years ago.

Corbin seats have a tube built in the back that will accept a square post for a backrest. Had to bend mine a bit so it didn't interfere with the top box but it's all good. --> Corbin Motorcycle Seats & Accessories | Honda ST1300 | 800-538-7035

I just bought one, looks good, but then I bought a used oem top case so I don't need it.
