Unfortunately, I could not get the short version of the G2 throttle tube, so I have a lot more throttle tube sticking out past the end of the handle bar. Today I got a section of 7/8" aluminum tube, and I'm going to try to use it as a spacer between the end of the handle bar and the end of the throttle tube.

Like the original poster, I am having the same issues with removing the assy on the clutch side. I ended up drilling the 6mm head to slide the bar end off, leaving the assy inside the bar. I have "exceeded" a little force to get this thing out of the end of the bar. Any suggestions ????? Thanks, Gene
